For your convenience, we accept cash, FSA cards and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
We accommodate PPO dental health plans and most forms of credit. We are in-network providers of the major PPO plans, including but not limited to: Delta Dental Premier, Delta Dental PPO, Aetna, Metlife, Cigna, Guardian, United Concordia, and others.
As a courtesy, we will call your Dental Insurance to find your breakdown of benefits before your appointment. We request that you provide us with your insurance information ahead of time (1-2 days before your appointment), that way we can have all the necessary information to call your insurance and have your benefits information by the time you come in. So, before making your appointment, make sure you have the following:
- Insurance Name (we only take PPOs)
- Subscriber ID
- Subscriber's DOB (if its not you)
- Group number
If you are unable to provide us with the insurance information ahead of time, please note that your appointment may be delayed as we would have to verify coverage by phone. If not coverage is found, you may be subject to charges.
We DO NOT accept any HMO plans or Medi-CAL.
